The braking system consists of the control system, hydraulic system, and booster system.

The brake system consists of the control system, hydraulic system, and booster system.

1. Control system: pedals, handbrake, etc.
2. Hydraulic system: composed of hydraulic oil, brake pump, and hydraulic oil pipes.

Hydraulic oil is the hydraulic medium used in hydraulic systems that utilize liquid pressure energy, playing roles in energy transmission, system lubrication, corrosion prevention, rust prevention, and cooling. For hydraulic oil, it must first meet the viscosity requirements of the hydraulic device at working and starting temperatures. Since the viscosity of the oil directly relates to hydraulic action, transmission efficiency, and transmission accuracy, the oil's viscosity-temperature performance and shear stability must also meet various demands for different applications.

The brake pump consists of the master brake cylinder and front & rear wheel brake cylinders, which are the main components of hydraulic brakes. It has a reservoir for brake fluid on top and a cylinder with a piston below. The piston operates under the action of the brake pedal through a push rod, transmitting the brake fluid pressure in the cylinder to each wheel's brake cylinder, which is also part of the hydraulic brake system located in the brake cylinders at each wheel.

3. Booster system: vacuum booster pump
4. Electronic control system: composed of ABS pump, ABS sensors, and ABS computer.
5. Execution system: composed of brake calipers, brake pads, and brake discs.
