First Prize
Development of the sixth generation pure electric drive system technology platform
The project addresses the increasing demands for high power density, high reliability, and intelligent features of electric drive systems in new energy buses. It studies the reliability and integration technology of multi-inverter functional integrated controllers, forming an optimization design method for integrated controllers based on multi-physical field coupling analysis of machine, electricity, heat, and magnetic fields; proposes a forward design method for integrated controller electromagnetic compatibility that meets national standards; constructs an accurate thermal management model based on thermal flow balance, forming thermal design and optimization methods under high integration environments; researches functional safety technology for integrated controllers to enhance their safety level; and develops a control assembly product for new energy buses with high peak power density, excellent efficiency, long service life, and electromagnetic compatibility that meets national standards, with various indicators of the control assembly leading domestically.
Second Prize
Research and application of quality assurance technology for commercial vehicle control software and its support platform
The project is based on the software development practice of electric control products for new energy buses, utilizing Quality Function Deployment (QFD), quality gates, hypothesis testing, software automated testing, and continuous integration technology. It achieves technical breakthroughs from three aspects: software quality control process system, automated testing, and software quality measurement. The developed technology platform establishes a quality measurement model based on five measurement attributes: standard compliance, functional compliance, performance compliance, reliability, and maintainability, realizing digital and automated objective quality measurement throughout the entire lifecycle of vehicle control software.
Third Prize
Research and application of NVH quality improvement technology based on the full process of electromechanical integrated product design and development
The project is based on big data analysis and processing of operating conditions through probabilistic statistical analysis, key influencing factor analysis, design model regression analysis based on DOE, and DOE design verification. It is the first in the country to implement NVH offline testing and evaluation of electromechanical integrated products for new energy commercial vehicles, achieving a significant improvement in the NVH performance of the entire power system, far exceeding the actual industry level. Aiming to enhance the driving experience of passengers in new energy buses, it explores a control technology approach based on NVH performance quality improvement from design input, simulation and experimental verification, to product production organization, filling the gap in domestic commercial vehicle power systems regarding sound quality testing technology.
In the future, CRRC Electric will continue to promote new breakthroughs in technological innovation, balancing technology research and development with quality management, providing technological support for high-quality development during the 14th Five-Year Plan.
