On October 8, 2023, the major technology project financing roadshow event of the Shandong Science and Technology Financial Ecological Construction Conference was held in Jinan. This event was hosted by the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology and co-organized by the Provincial Science and Technology Service Development Promotion Center, the Provincial Private Equity Investment Fund Association, and the Provincial Science and Technology Service Industry Association. The aim is to broaden the connection channels for the industrialization of high-quality technology projects and promote the precise connection between technology projects and industry, as well as financial capital. Yu Hongwen, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, attended the event and delivered a speech.
This major technology project financing roadshow event is an important part of the 2023 Shandong Science and Technology Financial Ecological Construction Conference, adopting a '10-minute roadshow + 5-minute commentary' format. It was live-streamed online through the Shandong Science and Technology WeChat public account, Shandong Science and Technology Innovation Cloud Lecture Hall, 'Lu Ke Rong' roadshow hall, and Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Ke Rong Tong V-Next platform. Eleven technology companies, including Yantai Mojina Nano Technology Co., Ltd. and Quanmei Intelligent Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd., conducted live roadshows. The project results are all high-quality technological achievements that have emerged in Shandong Province in recent years through careful cultivation and key support, covering industries such as high-end equipment manufacturing, new generation information technology, new materials and new energy, and biomedicine.
During the event, five experts from investment institutions such as Shenzhen Dacheng Caizhi Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd. and Shandong Shanke Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd. provided comments on the roadshow projects, and over 50 experts from venture capital and banking-related fields observed the event on-site. A total of 47 investment intentions were reached, with an intended investment amount of 800 million yuan, and three investment institutions signed investment intention agreements with the roadshow companies on-site.
Since the beginning of this year, the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology has gathered high-end innovative resources in technology, industry, and finance to create a regular science and technology innovation financing roadshow brand called 'Lu Ke Rong'. Through both online and offline methods, it promotes the connection of investment and financing information, bridging investors with financing companies, especially early-stage technology enterprises. It has fully empowered technology companies by holding more than 10 science and technology innovation financing roadshow training events, facilitating high-frequency and efficient connections in technology finance, and helping 15 companies obtain 223 million yuan in investment loan support from venture capital and banks.
To further leverage the consulting and guidance role of investment and financing experts, the 'Lu Ke Rong' technology investment expert service team was officially established at the event site, and the first batch of experts for the 'Lu Ke Rong' technology investment expert service team was appointed. The first batch of the service team consists of 44 experts.
