The intelligent drainage system is intelligently controlled by a controller, which can timely drain moisture from the vehicle's air circuit, avoiding these issues and ensuring the use of air for vehicle braking and pneumatic equipment.

The braking system, airbags, door pumps, etc. of large buses require compressed air as power. During the compression process, moisture that is not fully absorbed by the drying system will accumulate in the air storage tank. This moisture entering the air system can damage the air-using equipment. In winter, the moisture can freeze at the valves, leading to air leaks and even causing the entire vehicle to lose air. The intelligent drainage system can intelligently control the timely discharge of moisture in the vehicle's air system through a controller, avoiding these problems and ensuring the use of air for vehicle braking and pneumatic equipment.

The intelligent drainage system consists of four parts: a controller, a water level sensor, a drainage valve (with heating function), and an indicator light. The execution components can provide two installation structures, split and integrated, according to the vehicle layout requirements. The split structure installs the water level sensor part at the bottom of the air storage tank, while the drainage valve is installed in a location that does not affect vehicle passage, connected to the sensor part via a drainage hose. Compared to the split structure, the integrated structure provides the drainage valve and sensor part as a whole execution component installed at the bottom of the air storage tank. Briefly introducing the system's working principle according to Figure 1 (split structure): a three-way pipe joint with a water level sensor is installed at the bottom of the air storage tank. When there is moisture in the air storage tank, it will accumulate at the bottom, and the sensor will relay this information to the controller. The controller will automatically control the drainage valve to drain at the appropriate time through calculations and monitoring the vehicle's operating status.

(1) Fully intelligent control - microcomputer control, no manual intervention required.

(2) Accurate and reliable drainage - the system monitors the water accumulation in the air storage tank in real-time through sensors, ensuring complete drainage.

(3) Short circuit protection - when an abnormal condition causes a short circuit at the output end to the power supply or ground (e.g., wire harness wear), the controller automatically shuts off the output to avoid fire risks caused by wire harness short circuits.

(4) Flame retardant performance - the wire part uses V-0 flame retardant grade.

(5) Fault alarm - the system has a fault self-diagnosis function. When any fault occurs, the system not only performs safety protection but also controls the indicator light to flash an alarm.
