The intelligent drainage system is not functioning properly, and water in the air storage tank may accumulate and cannot be drained. In low-temperature weather, the water that cannot be drained will freeze, causing the vehicle to operate abnormally. The inspection and maintenance of the intelligent drainage system are as follows:
(1) Check whether the indicator light of the flap lights up for 2 seconds after power on and then automatically goes out.
(2) Check the operating status of each drainage valve to see if it can be opened and closed normally, and whether there are signs of rust or oxidation. If rust or oxidation is found, handle it promptly.
(3) Check whether the drainage valve connector is properly plugged in, whether the plug is damaged, and whether the input voltage is the normal 24V.
(4) Check whether the condenser and dryer are venting properly, whether the input voltage is the normal 24V, and whether the dryer heater is working.
